About

My name is Amanda Whiteman. I’m the founder of Love, Life Fitness.

I’ve had a love for fitness from a young age, and I was that child sitting and watching my mum at the local aerobics class.

Then years later, we were going together, and this was when my love of fitness began to grow. 

I joined the local gym and discovered free weights, circuit classes, boot camps, spin cycle classes and the calmness and flexibility of Yoga.

The way fitness makes me feel and how it changed my health for the better is amazing.  My body has become stronger and more flexible, and of course, being able to wear nice clothes is very motivating.

My vision at Love Life Fitness is to help all people to feel happy and healthy.  To really enjoy exercise as the benefits on your wellbeing is just incredible.

1.1 Hatha Yoga Session

This is a 1-hour session of Hatha Yoga, focused on mobility, asanas for strength and flexibility for your whole body with a lovely relaxation at the end for calmness of mind.

This is a 3-hour workshop that will give you all the knowledge, skills and techniques you need to have confidence when starting your own strength and building muscle program.

At Love Life Fitness, I offer a unique Personal Training Service.
Suppose you are new to fitness or training for a specific goal. Or if you are ready to change and live a healthier and happier body, I can tailor-make you a fitness program to help you achieve it.
I also have a private studio, so you can work out in complete privacy and feel comfortable. Should this be the beginning of your fitness and wellbeing journey, or if you prefer a private setting?

What I offer:
What this would entail is an introduction and tour of the studio, and then we discuss your fitness and wellbeing requirements.
What this would entail is an excellent conversation to discuss your fitness and wellbeing requirements.
I also go through the paperwork you need to complete and commit to your fitness and wellbeing journey.
This will include a Client Trainer Agreement, Informed Consent, Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, and a Wellbeing Questionnaire.
We then set your goals, starting with short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals. We also discuss and set time scales for you to achieve them.
We do measurements so you can see your progress visually.
We do some fitness tests to check your current cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility to finish.
I also give you a healthy eating guide which includes a food diary. So, if one of your goals is to educate yourself on nutrition, I can help you change the way you nourish your body.
I aim to help educate you on all aspects of fitness. I show you how to use the proper techniques when lifting weights and warm up and cool down to stop those aches the next day. I also educate you on the different ways you can do cardiovascular training to keep your heart healthy and strong. I include flexibility, core, balance, and coordination which will help your body be at its best for the whole of your life.
